What Do We Offer?

Fitt For All will help you achieve your fitness goals in a fun and engaging environment.  We cater for all levels of fitness, pushing you to your limits and helping you quickly achieve your goals.  We also offer nutritional support, as well as Pilates classes. 

We cater for group training sessions, private or semi-private personalised training- depending on your preference. We also have a specific TEENFITT program for those aged between 13-19.

Our philosophy is that fitness is for all and exercise can occur anytime, anywhere and with anyone (we just need to be a little creative). Our new and unique Run Fit and Jumpstart (online) programs will launch February 12th. Call now if you would like more information (limited positions available)

Time to Amp It Up !

Timetable for the week beginning 19th February

Please book in to secure your place. FYI, the two Saturday sessions and Tuesday night session are nearing or at capacity. If you want to join the session, but it says "full" please put your name on the waitlist and I will contact you if a spot becomes available.

The Run fit and Jumpstart programs have commenced!! Stay tuned for some awesome results !

This week we will "add on" to our free online 4 week challenge with the re-emergence of  "walk around oz"! So, for all participating:
(1) Keep working towards the nutrition goals set last week
(2) Type your daily steps on the Facebook thread (this is the preferred option) just before bed each night for the next week. Alternatively text me the same numbers and I will add them in!
